The fruit is pressed whole, including the peel, to preserve its characteristic aroma and full citrus flavor. This is a straight juice — not made from concentrate — with no added sugar or artificial coloring.

Naturally very tart on its own, it can be diluted with water or sparkling water to make a refreshing citrus drink, or used just like lemon or lime in cooking, dressings and beverages.
