Shipping Information

We ship all orders from Okinawa, Japan with care and attention to detail. Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare and dispatch your package within 3–5 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Japan)
・Calculated by weight upon check-out.
・Delivery time: Typically 2–5 business days depending on location.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries via Japan Post or courier services.
・Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
・Delivery time: 7–21 business days (may vary due to customs or weather).

Please note: Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

At Shima Kizuna, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns or exchanges if:
・You received the wrong item.
・Your item arrived damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns for:
・Opened or used products.
・Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
・Personal preference or change of mind.
