A landscape shaped by history, where Okinawa’s past and present quietly intersect.

Inspired by Torii Station, this original playmat reflects a place deeply connected to the island’s modern story. Located near the site of the Allied landings during the Battle of Okinawa in 1945, the area later became an important US Army installation that remains part of Okinawa’s landscape today.

At the center of the scene stands a torii gate, a timeless symbol within Japanese culture, set against structured grounds, open skies, and the distant sea. The composition captures a quiet contrast, tradition and modern presence existing side by side, each shaping the identity of the place in its own way.

Rendered in a soft minimal style, the artwork evokes stillness and space, offering a moment of reflection within a setting defined by both history and continuity.

Designed for both play and daily use, the smooth fabric surface allows effortless card movement and precise mouse control, while the anti slip neoprene base keeps the mat securely in place.

More than just a playmat, it is a piece of Okinawa’s layered story, a reminder of how culture, history, and everyday life continue to coexist across the island.
